This particular group workout helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. We will combine functional strength training exercises [STRENGTH], using Dumbbells, Kettlebells and Body Bars, and active recovery exercises [CORE + FLEXIBILITY], such as Yoga or Pilates movements, to give you Adrenaline Flow!

In this group workout we will combine functional strength training exercises [STRENGTH + CORE], using TRX, Mini- bands, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Bosu Balls and Steps, and heart-pumping cardio exercises [CARDIO], using Rowing Machines, Ski Ergs, Slam Balls and Battle Ropes, to give you that Adrenaline Rush!

This workout is focused on strengthening and toning your lower body [STRENGTH], using Dumbbells and Mini Bands, and will end with Yoga recovery exercises [CORE + FLEXIBILITY], leaving you feeling fatigued + relaxed!

Wonder Wheel Yoga is for everyone who would love to open their heart to Yoga. This practice will deepen your back bends, open your chest and strengthen your spine! The wheel will both assist you and challenge you, whichever direction your heart and body allow you to flow to.



You suggested, and we listened! You asked to have access to our equipment when a class isn't going on. So you will find a few timeslots on our schedule to just come in on your own and use our treadmills, equipment, etc.

No need to sign up, just show up as you please during the designated timeframe that is offered on our schedule.
